Terms of Service

Millwright is an online-only digital subscription that helps you draft business strategy and generate strategy visuals and pitch reels using AI. Outputs are working drafts you own and control. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and may evolve over time.

Millwright is not a licensed management, financial, investment, legal or tax adviser. Plans, frameworks, positioning, visuals and reels are general, creative business guidance and drafts — not professional consulting deliverables and not a guarantee of any result.

We do not provide financial, investment, securities, valuation, fundraising or tax advice, do not recommend securities, and do not arrange, solicit, collect or hold funds. Any content touching money or funding is general business thinking only; consult a licensed accountant, solicitor or financial adviser before acting. Market, competitor and financial figures may be incorrect or out of date and must be verified by you.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The service is not for anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use Millwright to create misleading fundraising or offering materials, impersonate a licensed adviser, or upload confidential data you are not authorised to use.

Paid plans are recurring USD subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Your monthly allowance resets each period and does not roll over. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Cancellation and refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep ownership of what you input and of the outputs you generate, as set out in the Content License. We own the Millwright software, brand and templates. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to deliver the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MILLGREEN CONSULTING LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions you make based on outputs. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. See the AI Disclaimer.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
