You retain all ownership of the business descriptions, data, drafts and any logo or files you provide. You grant MILLGREEN CONSULTING LTD. a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to operate the service and generate your requested output. Optional uploads are cached only as needed for generation and cleared within 30 days by default.

Subject to your plan being in good standing, you own the strategy plans, visuals, reels and Strategy Packs you generate and may use them for your own business, including commercially. Outputs are drafts — see the AI Disclaimer.

The Millwright software, brand, framework templates, interface and underlying materials remain the property of MILLGREEN CONSULTING LTD.. Nothing here transfers ownership of our platform to you.

You must not use outputs in a way that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, infringes third-party rights, or presents drafts as certified professional, financial or investment advice. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of outputs are lawful and authorised.
